Returns and Cancellation Policy

At Beruccio we do our best to ensure the complete satisfaction of each and every customer.

Every Beruccio product is made from the finest materials and with superior craftsmanship. As we appreciate that it is difficult to see a true likeness of a product when purchasing online, Beruccio are more than happy to offer a 30 day full money back guarantee – even if the product simply does not meet your expectations.

Our Promise to You

If your purchase is not suitable for any reason, then please contact us immediately at contact@beruccio.com and we will issue full returns instructions. Please re-package the goods using the original packaging whenever possible. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of safe receipt of goods by the means of initial payment. If the item was purchased using a credit or debit card, please allow an additional three to five days for the refund to appear on your bank statement / account.

Returning goods from outside the EU

If returning goods from outside the European Union, it is imperative that you state the goods as “RETURNS” on the package. This must be clearly written in large black letters on the parcel several times if possible. We will not be responsible for any VAT, excise or clearance fees due to incorrect labelling (these costs will be deducted from the original price paid).

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product once you have received it, simply contact us at contact@beruccio.com and we will assist you and give you full instructions on how to proceed.

Returns under our 10 year Guarantee policy

If you notice a fault with your bag that is not due to natural wear and tear, please contact us at contact@beruccio.com and we will assist you. If the fault is due to wear and tear we still may be able to assist, please contact us. We may ask you to send us photos of the fault, or we may ask you to return the bag for inspection. For further details on this please see our Guarantee section. If the bag is outside of the 10 year guarantee, please contact us for an estimate to repair and we will endeavour to assist you.

Cancellations

Your Statutory right to cancel:

Under the Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to cancel an order, providing you inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods. You must inform us in writing, either by letter or email and you must return the goods to us in an unused condition.

Please contact us for a Returns Authorisation number before you return goods for any reason.

You must pay for the cost of return postage. Please ensure that you use a fully insured tracked courier service. You must ensure that the goods are insured for the correct value. If you do not pay for the cost of returning the goods, and return them at our expense, we will make a charge for the exact value of this. You must package the goods in the original delivery box and protective bag. If the goods arrive back to us damaged due to being insufficiently packaged, then we will deduct from your refund the cost of repairing or replacing the goods. We will refund to your original method of payment as soon as we have examined the goods.
Please note, if returning goods from outside the EU it is imperative to write RETURNS on your package, otherwise you may be liable for Import Tax and Customs Duties.
